Castell d'Or is the heritage of the first cooperatives founded at the end of the XIX century. At present, we are a total of 16 cooperatives, representing more than 2,200 Families that work together with love and respect for nature. United for a common project with value, character, tradition... 

Cava Castell d'Or is located in the Comtats area of Barcelona, an area with diverse landscapes, mainly characterized by valleys with a diversity of microclimates, as a consequence of the proximity to the Mediterranean coast and the altitude of some vineyards – up to 750 m above the level of the sea – which allows an exclusive selection of the best grapes of each subzone and gives us cava with a unique personality.

Cava Castell d'Or is a balanced, elegant Cava that is pale gold with aromas of tropical and white fruits. Fine bubbles, round body, well-integrated acidity and a good length with florals notes lingering on the palate. Cheers!
