Grape Varieties : 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah.

Tasting : Powerful and generous nose, with aromas of ripe berries, prune and raisin. Round and powerful palate, fruity, mild acidity and velvety tannins. The perfect wine to pair with BBQ meat and grilled veggies.

Vines : 10 to 30 years old, between the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. Organic farming. Manual harvest. Ageing in underground tanks prior to bottling.
