Hisenda Miret is a dark and concentrated red wine with berry aromas, notes of graphite and tar, nuanced by flowers, grilled toast, liquorice and spices. Intense and smooth, the palate shows great influence from the oak barrels, as well as some smokey and spicy hints. Good acidity, ripe tannins and pleasant finish.

Parés Baltà is a family owned winery in Penedes, Catalunya, whose origins go back to 1790. They practice organic farming since 1790 and biodynamic farming since 2012. The winery is managed by Joan and Josep Cusiné, with their wives and winemakers Maria Elena and Marta. Their efforts are reflected in the quality of their wines, showing fine character and concentration.
